Speaker Guidelines – Before Abstract Submission
1. Check Eligibility & Conference Scope
- Ensure that your topic aligns with the core themes of the conference, including neurosurgery, neurology, spine surgery, neuro-oncology, pediatric neurosurgery, cerebrovascular surgery, functional neurosurgery, neurotrauma, and related neurosciences.
2. Prepare Your Abstract
- - Write a clear, concise abstract summarizing your work.
- - Use structured format if available (e.g., Title, Authors and Affiliations, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Biography) — check the sample template provided on the website.
- - Keep within the word limit specified (refer to sample).
3. Submission Requirements
- - Abstract must be submitted online through the official abstract submission page.
- - Ensure your abstract is original, not previously published/presented elsewhere.
4. Complete All Information
- - Include all authors and affiliations.
- - Provide accurate contact details for the presenting author.
5. Pay the Review Fee
- - After submission, pay the mandatory abstract review fee as soon as possible — your abstract will only be reviewed once payment is confirmed.
6. Follow Formatting and Upload Guidelines
- - Use the abstract sample provided on the conference site to format title, sections, and layout correctly.
7. Plan Ahead
- - Submit well before the abstract deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
📌 Speaker Guidelines – After Abstract Submission
1. Confirmation & Review Process
- - Once submitted and the review fee is paid, your abstract enters the scientific review process.
- - The Organizing Committee and Editorial Board will evaluate it for acceptance.
2. Acceptance Notification
- - You will receive an official Abstract Acceptance Letter upon approval.
3. Registration
- - After acceptance, complete speaker registration to secure your session slot. Registration is mandatory for all presenters.
4. Prepare Your Presentation
- - Work on your slides and talk structure based on the accepted abstract topic.
- - Use a professional and accessible design for slides (large fonts, clear figures).
5. Submit Presentation Materials
- - Upload your final presentation (slides, supplementary documents) by the deadline specified by the conference (check speaker portal or organizer emails).
6. Publishing & DOI (if applicable)
- - Accepted abstracts may be published in partner journals with a DOI — pay any required publication fee to facilitate this.
7. Logistics & Attendance
- - Plan travel arrangements if attending in person.
- - Review conference program to know your session date/time.
8. Session Readiness
- - Arrive early at your session room.
- - Be prepared to engage in Q&A after your talk.

After submitting your abstract, you will be required to pay the Review Fee. Your abstract will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members only after the Review Fee has been paid. Upon successful review, you will receive your Abstract Acceptance Letter.
