Biography: Trifonov Igor has completed his PhD from Russian University of Medicine. Igor Trifonov- Associate Professor in Neurosurgery at Russian Medical University (RMU) and a VAK Associate Professor. Graduating from RUDN University in 2009, he served as an Assistant at MSMSU (now RMU) from 2012-2016 before becoming a neurosurgeon there. Awarded a PhD in 2019 for research on epilepsy surgery, he specializes in pharmacoresistant epilepsy surgery and photodynamic therapy for brain tumors. Recognized for excellence (e.g., Moscow Medicine Prize 2019, Rector's Award 2024), he holds 3 patents and has authored over 150 publications, including co-authorship of clinical guidelines and a monograph. He actively lectures and participates in conferences.
