Biography: Dr. Nageswar Bandla is a Consultant in Critical Care Medicine and Anaesthetics at King’s College Hospital London – Dubai, with over 15 years of international experience in the UK and UAE. He is UK-trained, on the GMC Specialist Register, and a Fellow of the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine (FFICM) and the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA). He also serves as a Consultant Physician with HAYAT, the National Center for Organ Donation and Transplantation, Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), UAE, contributing to national donor oversight, optimization, and clinician education. His professional interests include advanced critical care echocardiography, organ donation, leadership, and medical education, with active involvement in international research and academic initiatives.
