Title: Efficacy and Safety of Intraoperative Cs-131 Brachytherapy (GammaTile) for Intracranial Tumors: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Biography: My name is Ali Ahmad, a 23-year-old Jordanian medical doctor who graduated in May 2025 as part of the Class of 2025. I am currently undertaking my Foundation Year 1 internship at King Hussein Medical Center. My exposure to research began during my medical studies; although broad at first, it has increasingly become focused on my passion—neurosurgery. A pivotal moment in shaping this commitment occurred in March 2025, during my final year of medical school, when I completed a clinical attachment in neurosurgery at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. This experience confirmed my aspiration to pursue neurosurgery as a career. Alongside my internship, I am preparing for the MRCS examinations while progressing through Foundation Years 1 and 2, with the intention of securing a neurosurgery residency in the United Kingdom. Ambitious, hardworking, and determined, I am committed to combining clinical practice and research to build a career dedicated to advancing neurosurgical care and medicine.
